(1) Vendor needs to provide mass printing and mass mailing services to provide the data processing, printing, sorting, inserting, sealing, and mailing of materials to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.• The contractor will merge the contents of those data files with the form templates to produce image files containing PDF images of the resulting documents.• The contract will print these image files on specified paper types, seal or envelope them as specified, and deliver them to the US postal service.• Upon request, the contractor will create new forms and/or modify existing forms.• The contractor will merge the contents of those ASCII data files (Tilde– Delimited) with the form templates to produce image files containing PDF images of the resulting documents.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
