(1) Vendor needs to provide implementation of position management and compensation modules.                 – Conduct discovery, assess the town’s current environment, validate licensing and configuration prerequisites, and implement both modules to improve organizational hierarchy management, position control, vacancy tracking, compensation planning, workflow automation, and compensation governance. – Services shall include project management, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, change management, go–live support, and post–implementation stabilization.• Establishes a clean, supportable, and documented future–state configuration. • Improves position control, organizational visibility, vacancy management, and hierarchy management. • Enables compensation planning with appropriate workflows, controls, salary range visibility, and auditability. • Supports fair and consistent pay decision–making, with optional use of market data, reward history, and related compensation analytics where included in scope. • Transfers knowledge to Town staff so the Town can administer and sustain the solution after go–live. • Project Initiation and Governance• Information Gathering and Current–State Assessment• Licensing, Entitlement, and Environment Validation Continued• Position Management Implementation• Compensation Module Implementation• Data Conversion, Validation, and Readiness• Cutover, Go–Live, and Stabilization• Training and Change Management(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
