This is for the replacement of a dune walkover providing pedestrian access to the beach. An unnamed storm destroyed the timber and composite stairs at the end of Walkway 3 at Smyrna Dunes Park. This project would rebuild the stairs to reestablish pedestrian beach access for patrons of the park.
