 (1) Vendor needs to provide recycling collection and transportation services to the government authority located in Pleasant, Michigan. – Provide recycling collection and transportation services for the agency’s public recycling program. – Collect recyclables within the agency and transport them to the agency material recovery facility.– Provide efficient, reliable, and environmentally responsible recycling collection services. – Submit pricing and operational plans for the following two service options:• Full–service collection:– Collection and transportation of recyclable materials from all agency recycling depot locations and existing curbside recycling routes.  • Recycling depot collection only:– Collection and transportation of recyclable materials from all agency recycling depot locations.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) A mandatory pre–bid site visit and meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.
