Sole Source -Turf Tank Field Striping Robot

The Escambia County Parks and Recreation department is looking for a robot to paint various types of athletic fields (including but not limited to baseball, softball, soccer, football, flag football, lacrosse). Some of the fields that will be painted with robot have uneven terrain, so we are requiring robot to be a 4-wheeled autonomous GPS robot for better stability. The selected vendor must have an on-site ground base station option to eliminate the reliance of a 3 rd party network provider to operate. The Robot must come with a warranty, service, support plan, and upgrade options when available. Submittal of quote must include the terms of warranty, service visits, and leasing options. Escambia County is requiring selected vendor to come on site to help program initial set-up of fields and do training with Parks staff on the machine.
