Notice of Intended Single / Sole Source Purchase - Turf Tank

The description of services intended for purchase from a Single Source is posted in accordance with section 287.057(3)(c), Florida Statutes and will be posted for a minimum of 7 business days. This is a Notice for a Sole Source Source designation for Clay County Board of County Commissioners. Commodity or Service Required: Turf Tank Robot which can paint lines on grass, turf, dirt, or other surfaces, for sports fields in predetermined patterns and routes that can be programmed. Justification for Single/Sole Source Acquisition: Turf tank is the original manufacturer or provider of the Turf Tank Robot. Recommended Procurement Approach: For the reason stated above, Clay County Purchasing Department intends to utilize the Sole Source Procurement method to contract with Turf Tank for supplying the above.
