Sanitary Sewer Evaluation Survey Program On-Call Contractors - Underground Utilities

INTRODUCTION As requested by the Public Utilities Department (hereinafter, the “Division or Department”), the City of Fort Myers Procurement Services Department (hereinafter, “City”) has issued Request for Statement of Qualification (hereinafter, “RSQ”) with the intent of obtaining proposals from interested and qualified vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. Contractors will be responsible for providing complete utility and stormwater management system contracting services for a wide range of projects, as may be required by the City. The Contractors shall be responsible for knowledge of and compliance with all relative local, state and federal building codes and regulations.
