(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced distribution management system needs assessment services to the government authority located in California.– Advanced distribution management system or ADMS shall refer to both the function of distribution system operations and the class of software solutions.– Real–time system monitoring and supervisory control– Outage management– Event logging– Electronic Manual log– Interactive Voice Response (IVR)– Crew management and dispatch– Integration with distribution automation devices– Customer outage communications and reporting– Review data conversion strategies, mapping documents, migration plans, validation results, and related deliverables prepared by the selected ADMS vendor, implementer, or city staff.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
