CLEANING-13008 - USA (San Diego, California) - Office and Site Cleaning Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide office and site cleaning services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.• Vacuum all carpeted surfaces using commercial–grade equipment, including any floormats at building entrances. Ensure edges, corners, and under desk areas are vacuumed; visible buildup along baseboards is not permissible.• Sweep all hard floors using dust control methods (e.g., microfiber dust mops or appropriate hard surface vacuums).• Mop hard floors with a manufacturer appropriate disinfectant and deodorizer (tile, vinyl plank, rubber, etc.). Apply product per label instructions, use adequate dwell time, and leave floors uniform and residue free; change solution as needed. Floors must not display streaks, swirl marks, or sticky residue after drying.• Empty all wastebaskets; replace liners; transport refuse to designated dumpsters; wipe/disinfect bins and bin rims/lids when soiled; separate recyclables per site policy. Bins shall be left free of visible residue and odors after servicing.• Damp wipe and disinfect/deodorize sinks, stoves, refrigerators (exterior), microwaves (interior/exterior), dispensers, counters, cabinet fronts/pulls, and splash areas; remove food spills and odors.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
