Vendor needs to provide Southeast Asia and Oceania regional ethanol manager services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Work closely with the SEA&O director to plan, coordinate, and execute the council’s ethanol programs in the region including, but not limited to, marketing, trade servicing, and government relations programs.– At the direction of the Regional Director, develop, implement, and evaluate regional and country specific ethanol strategies and programs that complement market initiatives in line with organizational strategy.– Manage a diverse team of regional ethanol consultants, including close management of program budgets.– Write ethanol program specific government grant documents including but not limited to the Annual Unified Export Strategy application.– Research program and policy information and oversee the implementation and management of projects related to global programs to ensure compliance with program regulations and policies.– Maintain a global information and resource database, analyze/compiles market data and ensure that global market development program information is accurate, consistent, and on message.– Work with international and offices and manage all aspects of ethanol trade teams.– Serve as an expert speaker and panelist at global energy forums.
