Vendor needs to provide owners representation project management and engineering services to the government authority located in Newtok, AK.                                – Assist with scope development for design and other architectural/engineering (A/E) services and procurement for A/E services– Assist with A/E services management– Assist with construction document development and bidding for contracted services– Assist with construction management– Conduct Construction Inspections– Assist with project close–out– Assist with grant reporting– Engineering Services– General project assistance, community planning support for relocation projects, and community and agency coordination.
