Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), also referred to as Metro, is seeking a qualified vendor to recruit, qualify, plan, and convene regular meetings and activities of the Strategic Transit Engagement to Expand Ridership, (hereinafter referred to as STEER,) Committee. This committee meets quarterly to discuss Metro service enhancements; share feedback on marketing messaging, service quality and other initiatives; and learn about future Metro plans to share with their respective friends/colleagues/constituents.
