(1) Vendor needs to provide trial advocacy training lodging and meeting space service to the government authority located in Washington, DC.• The Trial Advocacy Training Conference will be attended by up to 140 individuals including agency employees and external speakers.• Sleeping rooms should be clean, well–furnished and include usual amenities for overnight accommodation.• All rooms should include high–speed internet Wi–Fi.• Handicapped–accessible rooms should be available for attendees who require them.• Availability of an on–site restaurant.• Access to an on–site Business Center for printing, making copies, and other last–minute general office services.• Exercise facility with equipment in good working condition and properly maintained.• On–site guest parking.• Shuttle service to and from major airports in the metropolitan area.– General Session Room• Comfortable seating for up to 140 attendees arranged in banquet–style tables seating up to eight.• Faculty table in front of the room, preferably elevated, with seating for six.• Staff table in the back of the room with seating for four.• Two registration tables outside of the entrance to the room with seating for three and adequate space for standard registration activities (sign–in sheets, distributing name tags and conference materials, etc.)• LCD Projector package, including projector, screen, AV cart, multi–plug extension cord, or comparable system.• Audio sound system including two lavalier microphones, three hand–held microphones with table stands, and a podium with one microphone.• Electric outlets with at least two power strips and two extension cords.• Access to high–speed Wi–Fi internet service for all attendees.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
