RS-1451 - USA (Kentucky) - Off-Site Data and Document Storage Service - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide off–site data and document storage service to the government authority located in Kentucky. – The vendor shall provide an environmentally controlled and secure off–site data and document storage facility with a delivery and pickup exchange service.– The vendor should have a vault that is built to four (4) hour fire rated architectural specifications with no flammable or combustible material stored in the vault.– The vendor shall have a storage vault that is environmentally controlled to maintain a constant temperature (between 60 – 75 degrees) and a humidity level (between 50 – 55 percent) suitable for the storage of magnetic media.– The vendor shall provide 24/7/365 security monitoring.– The vendor shall maintain an accurate inventory of all stored cases/records.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
