(1) Vendor needs to provide thermographic video survey and well casing repair services to the government authority located in Sheridan, IL.• Provide a thermographic video survey and repair of Well #1 at facility. • Provide a repair record for each repair or call–out service rendered. • The report shall include nature of call, repairs made, material used, and labor used.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
