Description
The Town of New Milford is soliciting competitive bids from qualified suppliers for Precast Concrete Products. The successful bidder shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment and services necessary to supply and deliver Precast Concrete Products & Associated Materials to the Town of New Milford as specified herein. All prices to be in effect for two (2) years from date of award. Bid may be extended for up to an additional year upon mutual written agreement between the Town of New Milford and successful bidder(s). The bidder acknowledges that, in addition to the bid specifications, all bids are subject to the terms, provisions and conditions of the New Milford “Municipal Purchases” Ordinance, set forth in Article III, Section 2-92 (a) through (o) inclusive, of the Code of New Milford.
