On-Call Pavement Maintenance Services

The City of Rancho Cordova (City), Department of Public Works, is seeking the submission of bids from qualified contractors for the provision of On-Call Pavement Maintenance Services. Should a contract be executed as a result of this Request for Bids (RFB), the Contractor will be expected to perform general pavement maintenance services comprised of pavement base repair, grind and replace pavement, AC overlays, leveling courses, pothole and spot patching, crack seal, cape and slurry seals, and temporary installations of trench plates at various locations throughout the City as designated in this RFB. This RFB contains all of the information and documents necessary to prepare and submit a responsive bid. Bidders are cautioned to read all of the documentation provided. Bidders will be responsible for complying with all requirements identified herein. The City expects any contract resulting from this RFB to be in effect for a period of three (3) years, with an option to extend the contract for another two (2) years upon satisfactory completion of work.
