RFP for Yuba County Road Network Inventory Project

General work description: Yuba County Public Works recently purchased the pavement management software, StreetSaver, and is soliciting proposals for assistance generating data for input into it. Scope of tasks include conducting an inventory, segmentation, and pavement condition index (PCI) survey of the county's road network; populating all collected data in StreetSaver to include GIS mapping; assistance creating a decision tree and updating the M&R fields; and training on StreetSaver and PCI surveys.
