(1) Vendor needs to provide substance use disorder comprehensive outpatient services to the government authority located in Goshen, NY. • Substance use disorder comprehensive outpatient services (cops) certified/licensed outpatient programs that recognize that addiction/substance use disorder is a chronic illness that can be treated effectively with counseling, approved medications used consistent with their pharmacological efficacy, and supportive services such as treatment for co–occurring disorders, medical and psychiatric services, vocational rehabilitation and family intervention and support are an integral part of the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
