Description
Napa County (hereinafter referred to as “the County”) is soliciting proposals from qualified payment processing service providers to deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective payment solutions for the acceptance of electronic payments, including credit cards, debit cards, ACH transactions, and digital wallets. It is anticipated that this will be a five year contract. The intent of this RFP is to select a vendor who can support the County’s various departments by providing centralized payment processing capabilities with strong reporting, reconciliation, enhanced capabilities and compliance features.
