This project will perform spot repairs to the North and South sidewalks of Northern Lights Boulevard between the Seward Highway and Minnesota Drive to restore damaged and deteriorating sections of sidewalk, and to complete ADA improvements where needed. This project will likely be phased, with sidewalk work on the south side delivered before work on the north side. The tentative advertise date and engineer’s estimate range reflect the scope for the south side only.
