The County of Orange (County) Health Care Agency (HCA) is seeking applications from qualified organizations to provide Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) Adolescent Residential Treatment and Withdrawal Management (WM) Services in a non-medical setting, provided the applicant satisfies one of the following conditions: (1) The organization possesses valid DMC certification with the State of California, is licensed through the Department of Social Services (DSS), Community Care Licensing (CCL), and has Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) Level of Care (LOC) designation for Residential Treatment and/or Clinically-Managed Withdrawal Management (3.2); or (2) The organization can provide copies of their submitted Provider Application and Validation for Enrollment (PAVE) application for DMC certification, application for CCL licensure, and application for DHCS LOC designation
