(1) Vendor needs to provide design–build services to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.–  New chilled water production plants.– Expansion, rehabilitation, or replacement of existing chilled water plants or chilled water distribution systems.– New chilled water transmission and distribution pipelines.– Improvements to existing facilities, energy transfer stations, supervisory control and data acquisition automation, instrumentation, and controls.– Construction of new district pipelines as well as improvements to existing distribution systems including appurtenances required for the adequate distribution of service to customers.– Thermal energy storage tanks.– Mechanical, electrical, structural, civil, and process improvements.– Heat exchangers or heat exchanger facilities.– Pumping stations.– Filtration systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
