Vendor needs to provide legal assistance service to the government authority located in Montana. – Provide legal advice and advocacy to individuals aged 60 and older.– Provide legal advice and assistance over the phone to individuals that meet program criteria.– The offeror(s) must be available to respond to inquiries during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8am–4pm); however, legal research and other duties may be conducted outside of normal business hours.– The offeror will be responsible for developing and delivering applicable training and technical assistance to aging professionals, legal professionals, program staff and members of the general public on topics relating to elder law and aging services
