(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based electronic payment processing solution. • Fully–hosted application service provider infrastructure.• All online, mobile, IVR, e–Billing, payment processing, and notification system service components must be housed off–site.• Real–time data exchange between the database and the proposer’s hosted service.• Provide hosted interfaces that support the following credit card and eC–heck payment processing functions.• Web interface to search, view and report on all payment activity by payment type• Provide live 24/7/365 support by phone and email for payment issues.• Customers must be able to register an on–line account to have access to more advanced features and make payments.• Able to securely save credit card and bank account information for future use on the payment portal.• Able to turn on / turn off email or text bill reminders; email or text bill reminders must contain a link to the online portal.• Must be a user–friendly system that accounts for novice users as well as experienced users who don’t need to hear the entirety of all instructional promptsService must allow call recipients to transfer to customer service during office hours(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year.
