The project includes the rehabilitation of 3,900 feet of 18-inch to 45-inch sewer, rehabilitation of 4 2 manho les , replacement of a manhole with a new 84 -inch manhole and installation of two new 84-inch manholes . One new air jum p er will also be installed in the City of La Palma .
