(1) Vendor needs to provide projector system and audio–visual renovation service to the government authority located in Clayton, GA.• Provide a Projector System and Audio–Visual (AV) upgrade for the cafeteria area• The project will include the furnishing, delivery, installation, configuration, and testing of updatedAV equipment designed to improve sound quality, presentation capabilities, and overallfunctionality for senior programs, community meetings, events, and activities• Providing projector systems, audio–visual equipment, sound systems, and related AV installation services for government agencies, community facilities, educational institutions, or similar commercial environments.• The Bidder shall ensure that all AV equipment is properly installed, tested, calibrated, andfully operational prior to final• The Bidder shall employ qualified and experienced personnel with demonstratedexperience in commercial audio–visual (AV) system installation, integration, and supportservices(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026
