VTA seeks proposals (each, a “Proposal”) from qualified firms (each, a “Proposer”) to provide services (“Services”) of Request for Proposal (“RFP”) development for Transit Scheduling Software. Help VTA to explore Transit Scheduling Software (as defined in Section VIII, Scope of Services) applications available in today’s market. With this information, VTA can decide and implement a procurement and implementation strategy to potentially transition to a new Transit Scheduling Software solution. Develop an RFP for the procurement of this Transit Scheduling Software application. Provide an expert, unbiased evaluation and guidance, independent of any specific software vendors, during the RFP development and procurement period.
