(1) Vendor needs to provide photovoltaic systems asset, operations maintenance and preventive maintenance services to the government authority located in Santa Clarita, CA.• Maximize system availability and reliability. • Maximize energy production and utility cost savings. • Minimize unplanned outages and equipment failures. • Extend the useful life of photovoltaic assets. • Improve safety and operational resilience. • Implement proactive and predictive maintenance strategies. • Reduce lifecycle costs through strategic asset management. • Support long–term capital planning and budgeting. • Identify opportunities for performance optimization and operational improvements. • Provide meaningful reporting and executive–level decision support. • At a minimum, the dashboard may include:• Real–time and historical energy production by site. • System availability and uptime metrics. • Performance ratio (PR) and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Energy production compared to expected and weather–adjusted performance. • Open alarms, faults, and corrective maintenance activities. • Maintenance schedules and completed work orders. • Estimated utility cost savings and avoided energy costs. • Asset health scores and equipment condition ratings. (2) All question must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for two years.
