The City of Tucson is seeking proposals from qualified offerors for property management for various City-owned properties. The Scope of Work contained herein is intended to convey to the Contractor that all services shall be of the highest standards of the industry. Annually, the City will evaluate Contractor’s services on the basis of cost, compliance to specifications and suitability for the intended purpose. The City shall be the sole judge as to the acceptability of the services rendered.
