Vendor needs to provide cybersecurity architecture and engineering services to the government authority located in Eatontown, NJ.• Cybersecurity Architecture & Strategic Operations: Design and development of security reference architectures, solution architectures, architectural analysis, models, security patterns, and governance frameworks to align COSE initiatives with Federal mandates and VA strategic objectives.• Security Engineering & Solution Development: Providing specialized expertise to design, build, and operationalize secure technical implementations, ensuring high–fidelity, repeatable security across the VA environment.• Project, Program, and Service Management: Oversight of technical workstreams to ensure consistent delivery of security outcomes and architectural alignment.• Research, Risk, and Analytics: Continuous technology scouting and data–driven risk modeling to address the evolving threat landscape and evaluate emerging security tools.• Security Control Risk Management & Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support: Evaluating control efficacy and managing risk throughout the system development lifecycle using expert engineering and architectural analysis.
