MB-10297 - USA (Arkansas) - Workers\' Compensation Service - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide workers' compensation service.• Provide Workers’ Compensation program services, including but not limited to fully insured workers’ compensation coverage, third–party claims administration services, excess insurance placement, medical management services, loss control services, risk financing alternatives, and related professional services.• Services shall include all administrative, investigative, medical management, and reporting activities necessary to ensure efficient and compliant administration of workers’ compensation claims• CLAIMS ADMINISTRATIONThe Contractor shall provide full–service claims administration including, but not limited to, the following:1. Receive and acknowledge all new claims reported by the City and establish claim files in the Contractor’s claims management system.2. Conduct timely and thorough investigations of reported injuries or illnesses to determine compensability.3. Make compensability determinations in accordance with Arkansas workers’ compensation law.4. Manage all medical and indemnity benefits associated with accepted claims.5. Coordinate with medical providers to ensure appropriate treatment and cost control.6. Manage litigation activities, including coordination with legal counsel when claims are disputed or litigated.7. Maintain complete and accurate claim documentation and records for all claims administered on behalf of the City.8. Establish, maintain, and adjust claim reserves in accordance with industry best practices and shall maintain documented reserve authority procedures. Reserve changes shall be documented with supporting rationale.9. Provide a formal reserve review no less than quarterly.10. Disclose reserve authority and settlement authority levels.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026
