EXTRA-72392 - USA (Arlington, Virginia) - Long Term and Substance Abuse Residential Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide long term and substance abuse residential services to the government authority located in Arlington, VA.– A minimum of one kitchen, one living room, one dining room, and one full bathroom on the main floor. Single or shared bedrooms and bathrooms must be available to accommodate residents.– Each room must be furnished with a twin bed, nightstand, dresser, table, chair and lamps.– The kitchen must be equipped with appliances, dishes, and other necessary items.– Furniture and equipment must be replaced on an as needed basis to maintain safety and functionality determined by the Contractor.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) virtual preproposal conference will be held on July 14, 2026.
