(1) Vendor needs to provide federal advocacy services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. – Assist in developing the agency’s priorities for inclusion in legislation, federal guidance or regulations; and in advocacy for or against pending proposals.– Include drafting legislative language; securing a bill and amendment sponsor; assisting with legislative and regulatory analysis; building coalitions, as needed; and lobbying appropriate officials to develop, refine and support such legislation or regulation.– Advise the commission and staff on effective strategies to influence legislative and administrative activities.– Assist in preparation and delivery of materials, testimony and written communication.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
