(1) Vendor needs to provide revolving line of credit service to the government authority located in Wayne, MI. • Revolving line of credit to provide interim financing to fund certain capital projects at the airport authority.• Security and source of payment: the line of credit will be payable from and secured by a pledge of the revenues of the authority.• Proceeds of federal grants, passenger facility charges, and any other grant, charge, tax or any other similar capital contribution are excluded from revenues(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
