Revolving Line of Credit $550M

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (hereafter referred to as “the Aviation Authority”) is seeking proposals from one or more financial institutions to provide a revolving line of credit in the aggregate amount of up to $550 million for a period of no less than two (2) but up to five (5) years. For the line of credit, the Aviation Authority will only accept proposals from financial institutions having a Long-term Senior Debt rating no lower than the lowest “A” category (A3 from Moody’s; A- from S&P; A- from Fitch) from at least two of the three rating agencies stated, for a minimum amount of $100 million up to the entire amount of $550 million. The line of credit will be Secondary Subordinated Indebtedness, subordinate to the pledge given under the Aviation Authority's senior lien Bond Resolution and its Priority Subordinated Indebtedness, and on parity with the Aviation Authority’s other line of credit vehicles.
