EXTRA-71524 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Termite Treatment Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide termite treatment services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS. – Contractor shall provide treatment methods appropriate to infestation conditions, including one or more of the following as needed:• Soil Treatment1. Trenching and rodding around building perimeter.2. Application of approved liquid termiticide in accordance with manufacturer specifications and label requirements.3. Drilling and injection through slabs or masonry where required.• Exterior Baiting System (if applicable)1. Install and monitor termite bait stations around structure perimeter.2. Provide follow–up service until colony elimination is verified.• Localized/Spot Treatments1. Treat infested wall voids, wood framing, and concealed spaces.2. Injection, foam, dust, or borate treatments where appropriate.3. Remove and dispose of termite–damaged or infested materials identified for removal (unless structural repair is by others).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
