Scaffolding and Insulation Services at Lakeland Electric Power Generation Facilities

Lakeland Electric seeks proposals from qualified contractors to provide scaffolding, mechanical insulation installation, repair, maintenance, and removal services at Lakeland Electric power generation facilities,or other applicable use to the City of Lakeland . Services shall be performed on an as-needed basis in support of routine maintenance, forced outages, planned outages, capital projects, inspections, and emergency response activities. Facilities may include, but are not limited to: McIntosh Power Plant Larsen Power Plant Winston Peaking Station Other Lakeland Electric facilities as designated by OWNER THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.
