Contractors must demonstrate technical expertise in servicing a wide range of HVAC equipment and be capable of maintaining detailed service documentation.</p><p>Contractors are expected to maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and a proactive approach to system health, contributing to the longevity and reliability of county assets. Non-emergency service requests should be initiated within<strong> 48 hours</strong> of notification, while emergency requests, such as hazardous conditions, must be acknowledged within <strong>1 hour</strong> and responded to on-site within<strong> 4 hours</strong>. Vendors must demonstrate capacity to deliver timely, reliable, and cost-effective service</p><p>THIS RFP SHALL RESULT IN A ONE (1) YEAR CONTRACT WITH AN OPTION FOR FOUR (4), ONE (1) YEAR RENEWALS UPON MUTUAL CONSENT.</p><p>This solicitation is a <strong>Request for Proposal (RFP)</strong> which will be evaluated and awarded by a Committee assembled by OWNER</p>",
