(1) Vendor needs to provide owner’s representation services to the government authority located in St. Charles, MO.– Develop project parameters and requirements to develop a plan that delineates roles and responsibilities.– Owner’s rep will help with the procurement for general contracting services and will assist the projectmanager in developing the bid documentation.– Conduct and lead regularly scheduled meetings with the project team which encompasses the design and engineering firm, general contractor, and all subcontractors to ensure on–time completion.– Owner’s rep must compile all warranty documentation, owner’s manuals, as–built documentation, and ensure all punch list items are completed.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 9,2026.
