Independent Organizational Benchmark Study

The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Project Title . Responses are to be submitted via the Commission's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Late responses will not be accepted. The Contractor shall provide an independent review under the purview of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). The Contractor shall complete a comprehensive review of WSSC's operational efficiency, capital program effectiveness, police force utilization, and governance structure. The study will benchmark performance against peer utilities and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
