(1) Vendor needs to provide professional design services to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. • Existing conditions and site assessment:– Topographic and boundary survey– Hydrologic and geomorphic mapping (river, floodplain, groundwater, springheads)• Geotechnical engineering:– Subsurface investigation (borings/test pits)– Soil classification and engineering analysis– Groundwater level evaluation• Environmental planning and compliance: Preparation of supporting environmental documentation, as required.• Floodplain and hydrologic compliance:– Springhead protection and groundwater sensitivity considerations– Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling• Conceptual design:– Development of multiple design alternatives capable of accommodating 15–25 people for: Tower location, height, and orientation, Trail alignments and bird loop systems.– Evaluation of environmental impacts for each alternative.• Schematic design:– Refined site layout– Preliminary grading and drainage concepts• Detailed design and engineering:– Landscape Architecture / Environmental Design(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026.
