RFP 22-02 Plan Review Services

Description

The Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District (Metro Fire or the District), is seeking proposals from interested and qualified persons and/or firms (Proposers or Contractors) to provide Plan Review Services (Services) on an as needed basis for the District’s Community Risk Reduction Division (CRRD). It is the intent of the District to seek a non-exclusive award for this service. CRRD reviews approximately 4,500 plans each year. The selected Contractor will assist current in-house plan review staff provide quality and expedient service to our community. Prior to submitting a proposal, Proposers are advised to carefully read this RFP in its entirety.
