Description
Bridgeton School District has recognized the need for support in executing the newly adopted five year strategic plan along with supporting district and building administrators in its successful implementation. Bridgeton Public Schools has a student population of approximately six thousand, one hundred sixty-three students and over one thousand staff members who are all an integral part of ensuring the success of the Bridgeton Public Schools strategic plan. The district requests the following services: The consultant shall work with the District Staff in monitoring and revising the District Strategic Plan when necessary. Assist the district in identifying best practices, gathering feedback, analyzing data, evaluating programs as it regards to the district strategic plan. Provide strategies for building district-wide cultural competency and relevancy as it relates to district strategic plan. Conduct professional development trainings throughout the term of the contract; these may be onsite or virtual. During these workshops, t he Consultants shall provide training to district administrators including Superintendent to discuss the goals and timelines of the strategic plan to ensure timeliness and compliance. Provide coaching to instructional staff and administrators on relevant instruction as it pertains to the strategic plan. Assist with leading community discussions and or presentations related to strategic planning. Discussions for the district may take place in the evening or school day. Monitor the progress of the implementation of the district’s strategic plan three times during the contractual term (fall, winter, and spring). Provide presentations regarding the implementation of the strategic plan to the district administration. If requested, conduct an in-person workshop for the Bridgeton Board of Education members and the Superintendent to be held during the 2025-2026 school year (this workshop may occur over a weekend or in the evening). MINIMUM SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS All respondents shall prepare a presentation package which includes at a minimum the following information: Names and resumes of individuals who will perform required tasks. Identify the person who will be primarily responsible for the services required by the Board of Education and provide a description of their experience. The description shall include projects related to issues similar to those specifically outlined in this RFP and on behalf of the Board of Education. Consultant shall have a minimum of four (4) years’ documented experience providing training services to K-12 public school districts. Respondents shall include success stories and/or data to support their documented experience. The firm should demonstrate prior experience with school districts of comparable size. Include an all-inclusive cost proposal and submit all required documents Describe your proposed fee structure. Fee structure should include any software, materials and incentives required to provide the requested services. The district shall not be responsible for any services or supplies not included in the proposal. Describe company’s reporting mechanisms and what steps are taken to ensure accuracy. Describe how the company reports its achievements and progress.
