Description
Services to produce Captioning & Audio translations to ensure that those with disabilities in the community can effectively receive information before, during, & after a disaster or emergency. This will be a stand-by contract and used to for Audio & Video Translation - Captioning and Subtitling. Respondents must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements as set forth within the IFB and be capable of providing services identified in the Scope of Work herein. For a full description of the work to be performed under this agreement, please refer to the 'Scope of Services' section of this solicitation.
