Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to invite affordable housing developers to compete for 100 Project-Based Vouchers (PBVs). The Housing Authority of Washington County (HAWC) receives Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and is able to project-base up to twenty percent (20%) of its HCV budget authority. HAWC’s current budget authority is 2,691 vouchers, of which 5.7% is currently project-based.
