REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE VINE PARK PROJECT

The Town of Huntersville is accepting statements of qualifications (“SOQs”) for consulting services to perform architectural, engineering and construction administration services for the new Vine Park Project. This park will be located on the lot at the northwest corner of the intersection of Gilead Road and Hwy 115. This site sits to the south of the Downtown Greenway and to the east of 760 Craft Works. The Plan for the Park includes two jewel boxes with restroom, seating walls, lighted archways, water feature with art piece, sidewalk connections to the trailhead, small performance shelter, upgraded sidewalks, bench swings, lawn area, picnic table areas, landscaping, site lighting and other park amenities.
