(1) Vendor needs to provide financial assistance service to the government authority located in Salem, OR. – Provide financial assistance for impacted refugees and humanitarian immigrants statewide.– Providing financial assistance to individuals and households whose SNAP benefits have not been discontinued or reduced due to non–citizen eligibility changes.– Recipient may receive referrals for services from agency and community partners, and self–referrals from individual walk–ins requesting services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
