(1) Vendor needs to provide modernization scientific and technical review services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Scientific and Technical Review Services in support of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Defense (CBRND) and Medical Countermeasure (MCM) Modernization.– Deliverables will include tangible analysis, technical reviews, and data integration and aggregation services.– A Monthly CBRND Threat & Portfolio Analysis Report;– An annual AI/ML Integration & Modernization Plan;– Data integration and aggregation services to support the CBRND Common Operating Picture (COP) Dashboard;– Quarterly Partnership Improvement Mechanism Reports; and– A comprehensive Knowledge Transfer & Transition Plan delivered 30, 60, or 90 days prior to contract expiration.
