Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach tej części jest wdrożenie GIS odpowiedzialnego między innymi za ewidencję, mapowanie oraz prezentację graficzną, w tym prezentację na mapie całości wdrażanej sieci i infrastruktury. Przedmiotem zamówienia w ramach tej części jest wdrożenie systemu i budowa infrastruktury do zdalnego odczytu wodomierzy oraz systemu typu SCADA. Celem zamówienia jest uzyskanie możliwości monitorowania stanu sieci, zdalny przesył danych i kontrolowanie stanu poszczególnych sekcji i całej sieci.
